Nominé-Renard Brut Champagne NV, from the family-run estate in Villevenard, Champagne, is a vibrant non-vintage sparkling wine blending 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier from 30 plots across six villages. Crafted with sustainable practices, it features a fine perlage and pale straw hue. The bouquet offers white flowers, citrus, and toasted brioche, with a crisp, mineral-driven palate balancing richness and acidity. Aged 30 months on lees with 10g/L dosage, it’s ideal as an aperitif or with seafood.
