La Spinetta is a family-owned winery located in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy. The winery was founded in 1977 by Giuseppe and Lidia Rivetti, and today it is run by their three sons: Carlo, Bruno, and Giorgio. La Spinetta's vineyards cover a total of 165 hectares, with most of the vines located in the Langhe area. The winery produces a wide range of wines, including Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera d'Alba, Moscato d'Asti, and various white wines.
Bordini completes the vineyards for the production of Barbaresco. The Bordini vineyard was chosen specifically for its well allocated exposure and composition of soil, which is particularly sandy. These distinct factors offer a lighter, more delicate and wonderfully aromatic nuance to the wine.
