Nicolas Burguet is an independent winemaker based in Gevrey-Chambertin since 2015, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience from prestigious estates across the Côte de Nuits. Passionate about terroir-driven Pinot Noir, he practise organic viticulture in the vineyard and classic, low-intervention winemaking in the cellar. Les Crais Gevrey-Chambertin offers vibrant red and black fruit aromas (cherry, plum, wild berries) with subtle spice and a silky, elegant texture. Dense yet balanced, it reveals charming power and fine tannins. Le Poirier Gaillard Fixin delivers deeper intensity with notes of black fruit, bitter cherry, dark chocolate, tobacco, and a mineral freshness on a long, persistent finish.
