Paolo Saracco is a family-owned estate in Castiglione Tinella, heart of the Moscato d'Asti zone in Piedmont's Langhe. The Saracco family has cultivated Moscato grapes since the early 1900s, initially producing bulk wine; in 1988, Paolo Saracco began bottling under his own label, emphasizing estate-grown vines on ideal hillside terroirs to craft balanced, aromatic Moscato d'Asti. The Spring Edition Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2024 is a lightly sparkling, low-alcohol (~5–5.5%) gem from 100% Moscato Bianco: pale straw with fine perlage. The nose bursts with intense orange blossom, peach, apricot, sage, tropical fruit, thyme, honeysuckle, and lemon zest.
