Mont-Pérat Blanc 2022, from the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, is a vibrant white wine crafted by the Despagne family, who have managed the estate since 1998. This blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon offers a pale yellow hue with intense citrus, passion fruit, and boxwood aromas. The palate is rich yet balanced, with notes of pulpy apple, flat peach, lemon, and toasted almond, delivering a smooth, juicy texture and a mineral, lemony finish. Fermented and aged in French oak, it’s a refined, expressive wine, ideal for immediate enjoyment.
