ABOUT THE WINE
Spinyback is a winery located in the Nelson region of New Zealand's South Island. The winery was established in 1990. Spinyback is named in honour of New Zealand’s Tuatara (‘spiny back’ in Māori ). Spinyback wines are made in a fresh and fruit driven style, with a typically softer acid profile they are perfect for sharing at after-work drinks or for casual weekend gatherings.

Spinyback Sauvignon Blanc is known for its bright, zesty flavors, with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and herbaceous undertones. The wine has a crisp acidity and a refreshing, clean finish. It is typically unoaked, which allows the fruit flavors to shine through.
