EL GORDO DEL CIRCO
The Verdejo grape is the queen of the D.O. Rueda. from old vineyards located in Olmedo, in the province of Valladolid, where the Verdejo shows a differentiated and particular character.
Verdejo is a grape that offers fatty, very full-bodied wines, being a more structured wine than La Gabacha Sauvignon Blanc, Pale yellow color with beautiful greenish rims.
TASTING NOTE:
On the nose, the herbaceous, subtle menthol and some anise tones stand out, very well accompanied by notes of apple, grapefruit and pineapple.
On the palate El Gordo del Circo is tasty, fresh, with body and structure and a bitter and aniseed finish characteristic of this grape.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
• GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Verdejo
• Ageing: Aging on fhe lees for 5 months, which will give the wine a great roundness in the mouth, and a powerful structure.
