MINAMI
The concept of MINAMI was born in 2010 with the search for expressive vineyards in the Valle La Raja. A 100% Syrah from a unique vineyard called "Los Guardiola", located 900 meters above the Sierra del Carche in the northern part of La Raja Valley. The plot, planted in 1980, has a stony and clayed soil with a great terroir structure.
TASTING NOTE:
Deep ruby-purple hue. Bold, powerful and wonderfully smooth. The bouquet is abound with dark fruits of blackberry, cassis and blueberry, with strong layers of coffee and chocolate.
The palate has a great structure and complexity, with velvety tannins and a great acidic backbone to keep it fresh for years to come.
